Designed by respected local studio Moredesign, the house combines traditional materials with relaxed Mediterranean style. Interiors centre around a kitchen and dining space finished in local limestone and wood, flowing into a cosy living area with an open fire and built-in seating for quiet evenings of reading or conversation. Sleeping spaces are arranged on the upper floor to maximise light and views, with a calm, understated feel that reflects the surrounding landscape.

Outside is where Villa Delfina truly comes into its own. Lawns and fruit trees frame a series of terraces and a generous swimming pool suited equally to proper lengths or slow afternoons in the sun. A breakfast terrace, large alfresco dining area and gas barbecue set the tone for long, sociable meals from day to night. With sea and mountain views, coastal paths leading down to Llucalcari, and the village of Deià just a short drive away, Villa Delfina offers an immersive and distinctly Mallorcan escape.
